So I just got back from one of the most amazing shows I've ever played. A few nights ago I was driving around with Carrie when I noticed "Peachcake" up on a marquee. It turns out they were playing a show and I was thrilled to see my old friends from Phoenix. Long story short, I ended up opening for them tonight at the Paris theatre. It was an amazing show and I met a lot of awesome people and my music was really well received. I feel happy.
It's like having a snack after a hard days work. Or the first sip of water, after being parched for weeks. I think I'll be very happy here.
