Why don't you come to my shows anymore? Oh, that's right, YOU LIVE IN STUPID ARIZONA!

And Portland doesn't let me play shows :(

If I could get out of stupid arizona I would, but I'm still not of age to make my own decisions.

The scene up here is way different. There aren't small local fun shows, just big snooty touring shows.

You know the marquee theater? That's like the size of the smallest venue up here. Ya. I know.

And those "Through the Wires" shows at the Modified? They have an entire venue dedicated to shows like that, and they're too cool to book me. Jerk faces.

SORRY! I have a lot of angst about this situation!

I would too! that sounds ridiculous. From what I heard, I had an idea that Portland was cool and had a thriving art community. I often forget other places can't compare to Arizona's powerful local scene. Unfortunately first fridays has died away.

marquee sux imo. tickets are always like $20.
